I have been living and breathing rock-and-roll since I went to my first rock concert at age 11. (Bon Jovi) After feeling the energy and excitement of a live show, I knew my life was never going to be the same. Having found my destiny; I live for rock and roll. While growing up in St. Louis, Missouri, I promoted bands locally on my own. When bands came to town, I would create my own flyers and plaster them all over town, hoping to get the word out and increase ticket sales. I eventually began working for Hi Frequency, a music marketing company based out of Chapel Hill, NC. I spent three years promoting bands throughout the St. Louis area and helped jumpstart the careers of Buckcherry, Staind, Limp Bizkit, Clutch, and many more. I also spent seven years working as a Buyer at Glad Rags “rock & roll” clothing store in St. Charles, MO. I purchased rock-and-roll memorabilia for the store to sell, and was able to promote my favorite bands music in the store and send customers next door to Music Reunion to purchase CD’s. I used every bit of power I had to get the word out, and spread the music of the bands that I love. While working at Glad Rags, I was given a once in a lifetime opportunity to spend four entire summers on the road with Ozzfest as an official concert vendor, and was able to vend at other shows throughout the country, including the Warped Tour and Lollapalooza. How many other people can say that they have stood on stage with Ozzy in front of 40,000 screaming fans! I decided to get a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communication in hopes that it would further my career in music and fashion, and move to Hollywood, CA. I am currently putting all my energy into Metal Babe Productions, a cutting edge multimedia company focused on spreading rock music knowledge.
