Hello, my name is Rolando Amorim I'm a Personal Trainer, Bodybuilder/Figure/Fitness Coach Instructor here in the Boston area.
I love the outdoors and competing in my Bodybuilding shows as well on my Triathlons.
I try to live a healthy and active life and try to bring the same influence for those around me.
Most my friends here are competitors that has also gone trough the same hard journey as I had... to be ready for a Show or a Contest....some of them are also my clients and some are just friends that I admire and respect.
