Hi. I'm Madelyn.
If I were an author, the inside cover of my book jacket (the author bio section) would read :
I like talking in the 3rd person. Let's give it a try, shall we?
After spending a year temping as a "student" at university in Guelph, Ontario, Madelyn returned home to her native Halifax, Nova Scotia in April 2006 to flake around a bit until she left for Europe in November to commence her life long goal of becoming Eurotrash. (But übercool Eurotrash)
It has been working out well for her. She currently resides in Dublin, Ireland with 0 children and 0 dogs, and works for the National College of Ireland. She has travelled extensively over the past few months, and is extremely eager to start travelling again. (June and then August hopefully. *Fingers crossed!*)Unless unforeseen circumstances arise, she will be back from wandering around Europe with her très worn in hikers in May September.
Please feel free to donate to her cause (please?), suggest place for her to go (I always enjoy hearing new places to go to), visit her (it would be ever so lovely), or simply just to contact her to make sure she's still alive... and not in a Turkish prison making rugs (not as unlikely as you might think).
To sum up how my time here has been thusfar, I can only say:
Cheers! Sláinte! Proost! Sante! Chin Chin! Skål! Chink!Prost! L'chaim! Na zdrowie!
Draw your own conclusions.
See you online/in August/in September/ soon/ in my bushes outside!
