..
To be completely honest, I consider myself blessed to know the people that are a part of my life, and I don't really feel a great desire to really meet anyone else in particular. Thanks guys.
I'll listen to anything if it's played well and remains fairly clean. I generally don't care for country or urban rap, although there are some songs that are good exceptions for both. I love anything that sounds epic, especially orchestral music. I also have a fondness for videogames music both retro and modern. As for what I mostly listen to...anything that Rocks!!! I will listen to any band with real talent. Some of my favorite artists include the following: Breaking Benjamin, U2, Cartel, the Bee-Gees, Pink Floyd, Dashboard Confessional, Copeland, Mae, Story of the Year, Thrice, Nickelback, Linkin Park, Dropping Daylight, Bond, The Ataris, The All-American Rejects, Blessed Union of Souls, Evanescence, Falling Up, Finch, Lifehouse, Orange Range, Switchfoot, Sum 41, Wolfy, Andy Hunter, and most of the classic songs from Guitar Hero!
I like movies in just about any genre except for horror and romantic comedy just because most of those movies are terrible, although there are some good exceptions for both. Anyway, I enjoyed the Matrix Trilogy, Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Indian Jones Trilogy, soon to be Pirtates of the Caribbean and Spiderman Trilogies, X-men Trilogy, King Kong, most M. Night Shyamalan films, Batman Begins, Full Metal Alchemist: Conquest of Shambala, Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, Appleseed, most of the Bond movies, The Island, the Mission Impossible Trilgoy, The Last Samurai, Braveheart, the Rock, Con-Air, most Bruce Lee films, most Jet Li films, most Jackie Chan films, Transporter 1 & 2, The Phantom, etc...
Although I generally don't watch a lot of television, what I do watch consists of the following: The Daily Show, The Colbert Report, reruns of MacGuyver, just about anything on Discovery Channel and the History Channel, Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law, Perry Mason, the news, some sports, G4 network, and Scrubs.
I enjoy reading the writings of Ben Mezrich, Michael Crichton, Eric Nylund, William C. Dietz, Shin-Ya Goikeda, and Jon Stewart just to name a few of my favorites. As far as periodicals go, I generally read the following: Popular Science, Psychology Today, most gaming magazines, guitar magazines, U.S. News and World Report, National Geographic, and a good deal of manga and comic books.
