On 09/22/06 the lawyers went before a judge and an already selected grand jury to hear the preliminary arguements. The conclusion: There IS enough evidence for a trail .. therefore he was indicted. (def. - To make a formal accusation against (a party) by the findings of a jury, especially a grand jury.)

Thank you to all those who have helped in any way. It is deeply appreciated and will not be forgotten.
