About Me

The Minutia Conspiracy is made up of four guys all with one thing in common; an immense passion for music. With nothing but hard work, time, and God-given talents, TJ MacKenzie, Jesse Malcolm, Micheal Wiens, and Mitchel Harsch came together in an attempt to accomplish more than the average "indie" band. With vision and varying tastes in music, each member brings an insightful and unique element to the band. For their entire lives, each member has had aspirations of doing something great musically. Now residing together in the sleepy small town of Three Hills, Alberta, the boys are getting together as often as they can to perfect their skills, and bring their ambitions and dreams to reality. Bringing an intense, high energy show to the stage with bands like Winter's Longing, Mapping the Escape, Glory Nights, Ill Scarlet, and many more, they've been working hard to make a name for the Minutia Conspiracy...

Influences: We are maybe not so much influenced as much as we are INSPIRED to be as good as so many bands for so many different reasons. To name but a few: Emery, Chiodos, the Used, My Chemical Romance, Funeral for a Friend, Green Day, Underoath, Billy Talent and so many more. Although these bands have influenced/inspired us musically,we still try to keep our sound one of a kind, and we are told it is hard to classify it into a specific genre. Which is cool.
Sounds Like: A chorus of inside-out teddy bears playing wash-boards with their noses. The bee's knees. Cat's meow. All those corny old....sayings...that you hear. Thats us. We sound like bee's knees.
