The Tantalus Field

About Me

The Tantalus Field, an omnipotent invisible force field, is influenced by an instrument that can instantly transmit high oscillation frequencies to any point within the universe. The instrument is installed on the ISS Enterprise in a parallel reality where Star-Fleet officers are pirates, and Captain Kirk had already assassinated Captain Pike to attain stewardship over the Enterprise, in episode 39 "Mirror, Mirror." Original Series Star Trek. Contrary to popular belief the instrument is only a device that can influence the behavior of the field, which exists through out all time and space. The Tantalus Field is responsible for all forces in the universe: gravity, electro-magnetism, quantum physics. What else could suspend all matter in space, expanding infinitely and collapsing in on itself simultaneously.Tantalus gave ambrosia (nectar of the gods) to humans. For his punitive act he was tantalized in Hades submerged in water that would disappear when he would try to drink. Suspended above his head was ripe fruit that would sway just out of reach every time he would try to grasp it.
