Yoga is a new interest for me this year. I enjoy centering myself and taking a few moments out of the hectic day to listen to myself breathe and let go of all the stress for the day. I highly suggest for anyone to try Yoga. It has changed the way I approach each day and how I take care of my body.
Other interests include reading, traveling, going to the beach, concerts, volleyball, and attending sporting events, such as baseball (Anaheim Angels), basketball (Go Lakers), football (if we ever get a L.A. team!), and hockey (Kings). I take great appreciation for art in all forms; whether it's a painting, sculpture, written poetry, photography, fashion design, interior design, and or architecture. I enjoy painting, but I need to find time to go back to what I use to love.
Normal people. And I've already met the greatest band ever!!!! :) ..
"(Art)... rescues us from our self chosen triviality, to which we are so prone. It is like a deep organ note that makes my hair stir and a shiver run through me. I 'pull back' from life, like a camera taking a long shot with a wide angle lens. I quite simply become aware of more reality than before." -Colin Wilson (The Occult)..A quote from Incubus:"I dig my toes into the sand The ocean looks like a thousand diamonds strewn across a blue blanket I lean against the wind Pretend that I am weightless And in this moment I am happy".. width="425" height="350" ....
