About Me

Sometimes I like to dress up like a pirate and berate my friends, especially ones dressed like bananas. I've been known to speak to animals in tongues and I have a vast knowledge of useless information. Let's talk about "World View". Peace is not an option, it's a responsibility taken on by the courageous. The Earth..animals..are not for exploitation. It's all about balance, coexistence, respect. Read some Joseph Campbell, drink a glass of wine, and smoke a good cigar. As far as the rest... Buy organic, local, and fairly traded. Hold the freaking door, say excuse me, and don't take for granted the time you have on this planet.

My Interests

Dressing like a pirate, finger puppets, spanking, sharkcage diving, erotic paint by number, tacos, inappropriate footwear, coconuts.

Heroes:

Joseph Campbell... "Read myths. They teach you that you can turn inward, and you begin to get the message of the symbols. Read other people's myths, not those of your own religion, because you tend to interpret your own religion in terms of facts - but if you read the other ones, you begin to get the message. Myth helps you to put your mind in touch with this experience of being alive. Myth tells you what the experience is." (from The Power of Myth) Eugenie Clark - She has hitched rides on the backs of whale sharks, dived to the depths in tiny submarines and learned to recognize the distinctive smell of coral spawning. She has written popular memoirs, a dozen National Geographic articles and numerous scientific papers. Her career earned her the nickname "the Shark Lady."
