this scotch isn't going to throw itself up

About Me

As a bar, I like people, but not all people. Bud drinkers welcome, as you are family. Cosmo drinkers are also welcome, but just know that we have our eye on you. OK, that's enough about cosmos and vodka, it's really about gin, whisky, and budweiser. Alright, alright,Guinness too.And a well made cocktail. AMartini is a cocktail, not a category,it is made with gin, vermouth and ice-stir vigorously, strain into a cocktail glass and enjoy. seriously. I think the Manhattan is the greatest cocktail on earth, I am honored to have it sit on my bar. I don't understand why anyone would drink PBR when budweiser is available at the same price, but I don't understand alot of things.

My Interests

Rock fights, back-talking, wise-cracking, competitive eating, drop-kicking squirrels into the Muddy River, ring-and-run, petty theft, urinating in/on Historical National Landmarks, skiing while intoxicated, playing "not in the room", cheating at golf, excessive drinking, listening to "scan" on the radio, playing "hide the clicker", giving wrong directions, blank stares, heavy sighs, and The Spanish Channel

Music:

Bob Dylan, Disco, old scratchy vinyl, mixed tapes, the beatles-the band-the clash, in that order, david bowie, the beat farmers, the smiths, Neil Diamond-every bit of it,Barry Manilow, springsteen, Trey- Jerry- Clapton and anyone else who can do that with a guitar, west coast rap, east coast punk, tackle box and Bullseye, cheesy top 40 R&B, slow jams, irish drinking songs, anything Lou Reed has done or does, TV theme songs, radio jingles, the intro to the Bruins telecast circa 1978, the intro to the red sox telecast circa 1976- " The batters are swinging like crazy, the outfield is holding their own, it's so good to back in old fenway, I consider it my second home, hey, hey, Red Sox, we're all here to lend you a hand, go, go Red Sox, the best doggone team in the land" yeah, that song.

Movies:

Jaws, The Pope of Greenwich Village, The Phantom Tollbooth, The Quiet Man, Fear Strikes Out

Red Sox games, Pat's games, no Bruins or Celts until they show me something, playoffs, natural disasters, live west coast highway chases and presidential assasination attempts.

I just saw a guy on harvard st...

At first I thought he was throwing up. I was a little concerned and wondered if he needed help, but then I noticed he was just breaking into a car, plus he had a friend with him, so I felt better.
