Mike Doussan “ West Bank Mike”From the heart of the true New Orleans scene West Bank Mike produces the Soul of the guitar which reaches out to listeners and musicians alike. Reminiscient of freddie king, west bank mike brings and array of soulful music styles that could only be described as “funk infused blues.” A warm gentle smile on stage will quickly take you on an intense musical show that only leaves you wanting more.West Bank mike has played with many New Orleans greats and has etched his mark on over four albums in the last 3 years. Mike played a major role in staying dedicated to the magical music scene after the devastations of hurricane Katrina. West Bank Mike had to relocate to Houston TX for ten months, Every two weeks West Bank Mike would travel back to home and continue perform in New Orleans keeping alive what has made him who he is today.After creating a buzz West Bank Mike was just recently signed by JKMP ENT. Prepare batter with beer, flour, and an egg yolk. whisk egg white until you can turn bowl upside down and egg white stays in bowl. add to batter. add salt and sugar. Make sure oil is at 375. remove klondike from freezer dredge in batter and drop in fryer. allow batter to turn golden brown. remove and set on paper towel. Sprinkle with powdered sugar enjoy.
