I thank you and my other grandmother for raising me most of my young child hood life to make sure i am moving in the right direction in life. I am especially thankful for when it came for your support of me trying to become a pilot by sending me to a former historical tuskegee airman that trained me personally college level ground school while in my freshman and sophmore year of high school. I thank you for reminding me by yelling out my name(That's Robert!)with a smile of excitment to me and the neighbors everytime a aircraft was approaching the landing strip just about a few hundred yards from your house in the suburbs. I end up returning to Southern California durring my senior year of high school to start training as a student pilot and made at least 48 hours of flight log including 7 solo flights. This is because of the support of you and my mother in which i am greatly appreicative of. I know i never finish my training becuase i became a responsible single dad. I had to take care of my responsiblity first. My flight training will not be left incomplete. I will continue even if it is just my hobby especially for the for you.
