Well I'll start off by saying first of all that I'm just a regular ole guy. And I'm just a regular ole human being. Im not perfect by any means. I do strive to be the bast I can be. And I'm a diehard Gamecock through and through. Thats probably one of my greatest interests in life! College Football. I bleed Garnet and Black!!!!! lol....My name is Mike. I believe we all make a choice everyday. We decide whether or not we want to live our lives in a positive way or a negative way....Personally, I want to see the world, smell it, touch it, breath it, savor it, be it, and just feel all the great and wonderful things God has given us through this wonderful thing we call our life. I realize that I am just completely blessed! My family loves me. I have really great friends. I love my job. And I love the person I am becoming as I grow each and everyday! I believe in God and I am strengthened through Christ Jesus! I am made a better man, by what I have been through in my life. The good and the bad! And I am by no means perfect nor will I ever be. What I do long to do is to always grow, always love, and always accept others as they are flaws and all. To be a true friend. I be the best I can be at everything I put my hand to. I feel like life is like a river. For me it has been a 35 year long river. We are the navigators, we control the oar that directs our lives, So I just always want to aim to be better! I always want to aim to be more like what God intended for me to be when he created me.... I want to always put others ahead of myself. I'm not always so good at that. I think we all have a selfish side.... I just want to leave behind the legacy that I was a good man, a caring man, and that I always put others ahead of himself. I have a long way to go... But, that's the direction I desire and strive to go. I have what I like to call "White Collar Prayers", I'd rather be asking God for others to be blessed, rather than myself. I'd rather thank God for all I have, than what I can get. Life just isn't all about getting, It's about living, and helping others live....I'm blessed with the ability to work, and I try my best to do that to the best of my ability. I realize that in life, tomorrow is never to be taken for granted. And I just pray that I am never complacent concerning my life!
And like I said before, I love South Carolina Gamecocks Football and Baseball. I go to a few games every year normally.... I could usually go to more, but I love cook outs here at home as well.... I workout a lot. I enjoy lifting weights, running, and mountain biking and just about anything outdoors......(camping,fishing,the beach and lake...I could go on)I just really love to stay active, healthy and to just enjoy all that life has to offer. I love freedom!
