Hey!Thanks for stopping by!My name is Gary... I live in Brisbane... I'm always keen to meet new exciting people and am always up for a social beer/wine... I seem to have a void in my life lately which I need to fill as as few of my close friends have left town...I'm extremely keen to start a part-time funk band with like minded musos. One catch, my occupation is such that I work odd rosters and am only home generally 3 nights a week. Playing music for me is more of a social, fun expressive sort of thing, and I don't think I could ever see music as my primary job or activity, but would like to gig every once in a while to help me keep my sanity!...If you think that you'd be into such a thing on the side, give me a hoy! My Interests

I'm a bit of a muso in my spare time and I'd like to pursue this more outside of work. Socialising with friends. Just chilling at home and enjoying some down time away from work! I also pretend I'm a gormet chef in the kitchen. Can someone keep me away from eBay? It is so addictive!!!

Music:

I appreciate all music, but generally songs with a groove or soul-filled vocals get higher rotation on my playlist. Love the FUNK especially Red Hot Chili Peppers. I often find myself into the 90's alternative sounds. I've been known to bust out a few moves and quotes to obscure 80's tunes!

Movies:

Good comedies! Anything Harrison Ford, The 2 Star Wars trilogies, although Ep 4,5,6 are the best! Do the Goodies and Monkey Magic count? Napoleon Dynamite!.... GOSH!
