Welcome to Prophecy's myspace page. Please feel free to listen , watch or comment on any songs or videos available to you.
Prophecy' has been working on his craft since the age of 10.
He describes his sound as 'reminiscent of old skool Hip Hop with a mix of modern day grime'.
Growing up his influences range from Artists such as Rakim, Kool G Rap and Big Daddy Kane, to others such as 2Pac, Crooked I, Talib Kweli, Outkast and Mos Def.
Prophecy draws upon inspiration from a range of experiences some of which ecko growing up within modern day struggles.
In many of his tracks he touches upon political and social turmoils, and poses questions which he hopes will inspire and provoke thoughts within his own, and the younger generations.
Music is not just a hobby for Prophecy, it is a way of life and a tool that he hopes will open a window to others imprisoned or opressed within society and encourage them to take a stand and make a change.
According to Prophecy 'Hip Hop is as real as it gets'.

Check out the live performances from the UK Tour Part 1 & 2 which took place in North Cyprus this year on the 11th and 18th of August where I performed 'Mashed' and 'We Aint Goin Out Like That' along with the Murky Turks.
