About Me

Try this again... After school I left for the Air Force. I was in language school in Monterey, CA for two years where I met my hubby, Josh and had my daughter, Kaylah. We moved to Omaha, Ne where I had Sammy, my son. Now, after six years we are settled in Indiana in a cute house in the country, with two dogs, Herbie and Rylee, and fish. Pretty normal. I'm a full-time culinary student and part-time bar wench. The culinary stuff is my passion and I can't wait to finish school. The bar stuff is fun and I've made some great friends there. I still miss the East Coast, friends and family (yes, you Amy!). Life is good.

Old Audrey Hepburn movies (I'm a girl, what do you expect), Fever Pitch (go BoSox), Ice Age, Shrek 1 & 2...

Television:

CSI, ER, Gilmore Girls, Nip/Tuck, Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy, baseball and hockey games...

Books:

I'm going to sound like such a dork (I am one though), but I LOVE cookbooks and magazines. New ones, old ones...it's a weird obsession.

Heroes:

My husband, he saves me daily. My dad, for many reasons. My mom, she's changed her life. My sister, she's crazy. And all my friends who keep me sane and keep me crazy.
