About Me
2002
BLUTARSKY starts in the end of year 2002 just as a funny way to spend Friday night in a place like Cuneo. Piemonte. Italy.
Influences can be found in (pre or post or now) noise, metal and punk.
Nobody wanted to play an eternal Jimmy fucking Page style solo, so it was matter of fact a cold excitement.
2005
Uncertain about the way forward, we just start playing our thing and calling it Blank Metal For Lovers.
This lately became the name of our first demo, a six tracks EP released in July 2005, recorded and mixed at EnduraLab, with Giorgio Ferrero and Paolo Bergese from Endura.
Let's get digital.
We played our stories in the key of C about thrones, North Pole dancefloors, lips and lanes and little shadows, absinthe, green rooms, horror jazz and love(rs) around here, along with local heroes like Gordon Cole, The Congruence Of Motion and others.
Like someone said: "most rock journalism is people who can't write, interviewing people who can't talk, for people who can't read".
The result was: Indie rock. Post hardcore. Radical new wave.
And that was without interviews.
Let's tell it like it is: the sound of your sister’s vibrator.
Outside is grey skies and cold seas.
2007
After some gigs along with radical electronic laptop quartet Gordon Cole (no they don't use guitars and analog eq) we have decided to entrust the production of our second demo to the Gordon groove-builder Gianluca “Soviet†Delfino.
A cold -2db excitement again.
Scenes are tested in various local venues: Condorito Club, Cinema Vekkio, Dinasty Live Club, JJ Live, Yu Jey Kev, shitholes places the night before black metal bands, Garage ’92.
2008
