I'm sure no one wants to read about my career in IT, so i'll focus on the music and social side.....I think i'm pretty laid back and easy going and often I am.....but I also know I like some things a certain way, because it's the best way of course. It's all about quality. Going to quality places and doing quality things - eating well, drinking more, taking holidays and generally living life as much as possible. I enjoy my friends, love my family and my love, I have a passion for sports and not least, a passion for music.I have been promoting events for the best part of 10 years, DJ'ing for 7 and touring DJ's from Europe, the UK and US thorughout Australia for the past 3. This is all part of an events business I run with my business partner and best pal Daniel - Sweetchilli Events www.sweetchilli.com.au you may have heard of it, our parties rock hard. We've toured a stack of artists over the past few years who have been instrumental in our parties rocking hard aswell, these include.. Luke Fair, Desyn Masiello, Paolo Mojo, Steve Porter, John Askew, Jimmy Van M, Lexicon Ave, Dave Seaman, Petter with many more to come.So...life's pretty good and it's getting better. Forgetting about my day job which is great and serves me well, it also gets in the way of pursuing my passion full time. I love everything to do with Sweetchilli - I get a kick out of promoting, satisfaction from organising tours for DJ's which they enjoy and love playing music to an appreciative crowd - whether it be 1 person or 1000 people (thankfully I haven't played to one person outside of my bedroom for a very long time...).2007 will be a big year for Sweetchilli. Coming up, we are touring some of our regular acts through to end of May, they are; Luke Fair (Balance 011 CD Tour), Paolo Mojo (toatlly rocked it last time out and set do do it again), Steve Porter (Porter House 2 Tour) and Anthony Pappa (Gods gift to DJ'ing - legend!). We're involved in some major festival dates including Future Music Festival and Ministry of Sound #4 feat. Sharam (Deep Dish) and from end of March we have a weekly residency at Home Nightclub (Sydney's biggest and best club) for Famous, a new night by our friends, Future Entertainment!!We've got plenty more in the pipeline and i'll do my best to keep this space updated.
