I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

Where to start? I am an almost 27 year old who used to find herself in very interesting circumstances and now, very happily, finds herself surrounded by laundry, toys that play annoying music, and a beautiful (if not cranky and sleepy at times) baby boy named Chase. I am married to a wonderfully sarcastic and funny man, Charlie, who keeps me happy by making me laugh and always letting me know how special I am to him. We all recently moved away from my birthplace of Tallahassee, FL (yes, as sad as it sounds I was still there after 26 years) to Tampa, FL. I don't really have any free time, but when I do I love to go out with friends (who are close by), call friends (who are now far away), and spend quiet time reading or watching a movie with my husband.

My Interests

Reading, watching movies, finding new places around town, and spending time with the people I love. I also love to travel, but don't really have the time anymore to do so.

I'd like to meet:

Anyone I talk to who I don't know is on this MySpace thing, or anyone I have lost contact with other the years. I am always open to meeting new people as well.

Music:

I'll listen to just about anything as long as it isn't old-time country or anything depressing like that.

Movies:

My favorite movie is Gone with the Wind. I also love any horror, suspense, drama, comedy....basically anything but westerns.

Television:

I am currently obsessed with Lost. It is the only show I will make sure to watch every week. Besides that I find TV shows that are on now boring. My all-time favorite is Friends.

Books:

Wuthering Heights, To Kill A Mockingbird, A Tree Grows in Brooklyn, Little Women, Jude the Obscure...just a few of my favorites. I will read anything.

Heroes:

My son is my hero. He was born two months premature and has fought harder than I have ever had to do in my life. If you look at the pictures you will see he is beautiful and perfectly healthy, but it wasn't easy in the early days, or months. Anyone who can spend the first month of their life inside an incubator, hooked up to tubes and I.V.'s, and still come out strong and active has got to be commended. He will forever be my hero.
