TGI Talent & Music Management is a division of TGI Entertainment located in San Fransico, CaliforniaManagement Representation is very different from representation by a Talent Agent especially when it comes to film and television.While Managers and Agents often share the same clients our roles are very different. In many states both fall under the same legal statutes but a Talent Agents job is to obtain work for the Artist. Management has a different role, yes we work with Talent Agents (when it comes to film and television)to make sure our clients are sent out on auditions and are working. A Managers main function is to find marketable projects for clients, network our clients, over see P.R. and Publicity, review client contracts and in some cases produce client projects. Managers who represent recording artists pretty much do it all for their clients. That's who we are and that is what we do. We make money when our clients make money. TGI charges our clients the standard 15% off their net income and that is all we charge. We are not the biggest management company by far. There are Mega Managers out their who have more power and influence than we do. As (Actress) Tovah Feldshue once said "Whatever you are doing there is always someone out there doing it better". Our client list is made up of Actors, Directors, and Recording Artists. Our Clients are our Clients not only because of their accomplishments in the industry, but also because they are still wanting to achieve more. We are on Myspace not to make friends, but to do business, primarily with other industry professionals who are also here to do business, we are not here to sell the sizzle without providing the steak.
