After almost 10 years in the music industry DJ NeXus has come a long way bringing with him a style that's like no others. What makes this DJ/Producer/Songwriter unique? Well for starters NeXus likes to get his hands on anything and very rarely does he follow the formula that other artists follow. From Hip Hop to Techno, from DJing to Lyricist he does it all. Like anyone who comes into this industry it wasn't all peaches and cream for NeXus, he has gone through many many changes, and delt with many artists who just weren't ready for what NeXus was bringing to the table. Under his own indie label "HUSTLAS RECORDS" NeXus has managed to shell out four cd's but due to certain conflicts and lack of commitment none of them ever really reached out like he wanted them to. After all the Drama NeXus is ready to show what he is really made of. with two cd's already in the works "HUSTLAS RECORDS COMP VOL..1" "IT'S ONLY HIP HOP" this time he's making it known that his talent is quite different. With his bass pounding, hypnotizing catchy melodies on "TRANCELATIONS 2.0" the UK is already feeling his vibe. One thing I can say is that this DJ/Producer/Songwriter doesnt let it all go to his head, he just does what he does- puts it out and waits for the fire to start. He is also getting together Johnny Gangster's long awaited debut album which will be out mid summer of 2007, and trust me it's worth the wait. He is also in the midst of putting together a line of videos and setting up a promotional tour featuring up and coming artists from his mix tapes. Aside from that Nexus pretty much has his hands full right now from side projects to a clothing line in the works and artist development. After putting out "MIDWEST MOST WANTED VOL1" Nexus has earned his respect from the undaground for representing to the fullest. Be on the lookout for Nexus upcoming album "Say Hello 2 Da Bad Guy" due out fall 2007 which is sure to turn some heads.
