Doom is also the only person who can ever beat Batman. Both of them have an infinite number of contingency plans in place, but even if you beat Doom, it always turns out your victory was just part of his larger plan to conquer the planet. Unlucky.
Secondly, the most evil man in the world, and the ultimate ninja, Darcy Tyler. Witness his ability to hide behind the smallest waiting room pot plant! Witness his recovery from zero brain function! Needless to say I eagerly await his return to Erinsborough.
