Time to put the hymnbooks aside! Koeter is a trio from Copenhagen, Denmark who gives you straightforward melodic rock, with the classic line-up: Guitar, bass and drums.The sound of the band is in many ways formed by the fact, that you need to go back in time about a quarter of a century, to locate the main sources of inspiration: Elvis Costello, Dream Syndicate, Patti Smith - just to name a few.After ten years of playing other peoples music as 'Aromarama', we have since 2003 chosen to try out our own material. In our songwriting we try to let our own rather comprehensive taste in music shine through. This means that you will come across widespread influences such as country, noise and pop-punk - but always with the classic solid rock-song as the benchmark.
