I am a history graduate student researching late Medieval Venetian economic infrastructure, with the aim of discovering the secret of life, the universe and of everything. You may not be interested in what I study, but I am interested in what interests you. I believe that only by sharing our interests can we advance our knowledge of the world and enrich our lives.
The personal side of me is that I am recently engadged, to be married in the summer of 08, to my fiance, whom I love dearly. I you met me you would immediatly come to the conclusion that I am a pompous ass. Give me some time and I'll grow on you.
My beliefs are simple: treat others first with the level of respect that all individual adults deserve, and go beyond that by treating them as I wish to be. As far as my personal conduct, act in prudence and temperance with a full measure of personal resposibility.
