I'll try anything once. I love being spontaneous and adventurous, especially when I have a partner-in-crime! I love movies, traveling, learning about new things, museums, shopping, meeting new people...
Huh... I just realized that when you put yourself on paper, it makes you look really shallow and uninteresting. See "About Me" for more information if you really want to know my interests. :)
You should know I'm a sucker for nice eyes and a nice smile. If you make me laugh (with you not at you) you are likely to gain a friend for life. I'm on this site to meet new people (how cliche but true). I find my circle of friends lately to be rather sparse. I'd like to expand my circle and find people that are fun to hang out with and can carry on a conversation at the same time.
If I'm talking in general though, I'd like to meet people who have interesting ideas and are open to other people's ideas... People who are honest but thoughtful of others' feelings... People who are secure enough and comfortable enough in themselves to accept and appreciate others... People who have a sense of humor in general, about themselves, and about life... People who are not afraid to say what's in their hearts... People who really know how to enjoy life, people who live for the present but never stop looking towards the future... How's that? :)
Oh! and...Kiefer Sutherland and Dane Cook... :)

Often told I have an "eclectic" taste in music, I can pretty much appreciate anything. I don't limit myself to one style, always exploring, looking for a particular "sound" or lyrics that speak to me.
Oh man...you're going to be sorry they asked. I love movies, and continue to grow my collection. Much like my music taste, I don't have one particular style, preferring to watch everything. I figure, even if it's bad, it's bound to start a conversation. :)
Favorite movies include Fight Club, The Notebook, Serendipity, The Island, The Pianist, Cinderella Man, The Village, Skeleton Key, The Wedding Singer, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, 50 First Dates, Office Space, Sleepless in Seattle, You've Got Mail, V for Vendetta, Rent, Chicago, Life is Beautiful, The Family Stone, Wedding Crashers, Ever After, Sliding Doors, Derailed, Finding Nemo ...I guess you get the idea... :)
24!!!!! (Thanks a lot, Steve!) I don't have cable so my knowledge of TV is pretty limited... Family Guy is awesome, Simpsons is great, and sometimes I catch South Park. I LOVE Lost and ER... I think Scrubs is the greatest comedy on television at the moment, although I'm starting to appreciate How I Met Your Mother too! I enjoy House and Grey's Anatomy though they are not on my must-watch list.
Huge Stephen King fan, also loving Dean Koontz lately. I'll read pretty much anything that piques my interest. Freakonomics is a pretty good book. Unfortunately, there isn't that much time to read for pleasure when you're in graduate school...
As dorky as this sounds, I'd have to say my parents. They are truly remarkable people who literally built their life from nothing.
