I am not your average person. I laugh at the most simple of jokes, I drink out of the carton and proudly proclaim it to everyone, and I love freely, without hesitation. I stay up late into the wee hours of the morning talking about life. I accept everything for what it is and only apply change if it will help change a life. I’m more laid back than a Lazy Boy recliner. I emanate comfort and extract smiles on a daily basis. I admit when I’m wrong and then adamantly deny it. I don’t untie my shoe laces. I mix all the colors when I do laundry, and occasionally get pink socks. I sing in the shower and write poetry on the steamy glass doors, knowing they’ll be gone as soon as the air cools. I don’t make my bed. I talk to my dog as if he’s a human. I believe all creatures understand us, they just choose to ignore our voices when we talk to them like babies. I sneeze when the sun hits my face, one of 25% of the population who does. I’m proud of myself and what I’ve accomplished thus far. I have too much of a lot of things, but would gladly hand it all over to anyone in need. I always change my oil after 3,000 miles. I don’t wear make-up unless I’m trying to impress myself. I daydream and then forget what I was daydreaming about. I talk to my car in the hopes that it will run longer. I couldn’t run a mile to save my life. Well, maybe to save my life, but it’d be tough. I believe everyone deserves a second chance, and sometimes a third. I chew on pens. I believe evil is necessary to balance out the good in life. I flip through the coupon ads religiously. I twirl my spaghetti, but it always manages to slide off the fork. I’ve loved many and lost many, but I still wait for that special one. I have a secret dream of making it big some day. I have yet to see a shooting star. I sleep with the radio on. I can’t wait to one day read bedtime stories to my children. I couldn’t hit a baseball if my life depended upon it. I have a love for big trucks. I never want to own a sports car. I seek out the simple things in life to keep me happy. I love the feeling I get after making the funniest faces in the attempts to get a baby to smile. I have been known to use a fork and knife to eat pizza. I’m addicted to Sour Patch Kids and even have a travel cup designated for them in my car. I write down song lyrics that make me think. I keep more than one memory box. I have a fondness for quarters because they get you stickers out of those red machines. I also have a fondness for stickers. I like to eat chocolate/salt combos at 1 A.M. I believe I’m a beautiful person, inside and out. I think personality is more important than looks. I hit the snooze button more than five times before getting up. I can’t walk a straight line. I window shop and then shop, so the method of window shopping doesn’t really work. I love to make people laugh because I believe it helps make the world go ‘round. I’m in love with hoodie sweatshirts. I channel surf so much; I forget what show I was originally watching. I’m afraid of ovens. And I burn everything. I play my music too loud when I drive. I love the combination of OJ and stale popcorn. My friends are some of the closest people to me in my life. I can’t memorize anything, but I know everyone’s phone number and birth date. I believe whatever you dish out in life; will come back to you in one form or another.
