My name is Romaria but have been going by Ria since I was a wee little kid. But I LOVE the meaning behind my name. Roma is the acronym for Rex Omnipotente Maganetar Adonai which means God Almighty and Maria is the name of Jesus' mother. So when you overlap Roma and Maria, you get... well yenno! I firmly believe that I am a child of God and try to live my life that way.
I graduated from Mt. Eden High School in 2003 and am enjoying life... not college life, but life. I am a Psychology major at CSUEB graduating June 2009. One year left.. whoo!
I am blessed with a beautiful family whom I love dearly. My parents are the best anyone could ever ask for and I would never trade my brothers and sisters for anyone else.. and yes I said sisters.. I consider my brother's wife as a sister and not an in-law.
I'm a fairly simple person who appreciates a great pair of jeans and loves getting all dressed up too. I enjoy being trendy and up to date on fashion, but am extremely frugal. I absolutely love doing makeup on other people and hope to make career out of it. Part of me also wants to be an event coordinator or anything that has to do with entertainment whether it be on stage or behind. Other parts of me wants to teach, maybe high school.
I absolutely love performing- solo, musicals, band.. whatever! I find it easy acting as a ham and being dramatic but find it extremely difficult to act normal. I am a different person on stage than off. I feel free and at ease singing in front of hundreds of people but am terribly shy and introverted in real life. Seriously, I'd sweat bullets just talking to people! I'm conditioning myself to overcome the anxiety by working retail and teaching more classes for Confirmation.
Leo is my boyfriend whom I love and I adore! We've been together since 10-15-04 which brings us to about 4 years!! He's my best friend and future husband. Love you!
