Before you know anyone, you must Know U 1st.

About Me

In March 2005 I established the KNOW U 1ST FOUNDATION and since then we have been on the move trying to elevate HIV awareness within communities of color. Statistics from the Center for Disease Control have clearly shown a rise in infection within African American and Latino communities -especially amongst African American women- and the goal is to hit those areas with HIV testing opportunities and educational workshops. We are open to persons from all walks of life and our focus is to ensure that everyone is practicing safe sex. By creating an environment where people can feel comfortable discussing sex & sexuality with others that are also trying to do what they can to maintain a healhy and safe sexual lifestyle, the Know U 1st Foundation has proven effective and needed within urban communities. We are always looking for new and innovative ways to spread HIV knowledge, so if you have one, shoot us a message.
