Biography:
Manone was born in 1982 at Kortrijk. At the age of 14 he caught the techno bug while listening to Radio Galaxie (a radio with 24/7 electronic music from France). After 3 years of admiring the techno sounds of the biggest techno producers, he started deejaying at a local radio station with his great mentor Psytox (aka Norman Bates). The radio program was called bass-x and was on the air for one year.
After that year of radio madness, Manone kissed the mainstream sounds goodbye and started a search for more specific and addictive sounds. The search paid off with finding Cyclone, a record shop in Mouscron, where he finally found his kind of hard and bleepy music. In the same year he started his residency at Le Must, a small discotheque in Kortrijk. Thanks to this residency Manone started to play on parties all over Belgium.
In 2003 he joined his friend Moddi 's organization, called Footworxx which is now one of the most popular hardtechno organization in Belgium. In that same year Manone started also producing. After 3 years of trying and bringing live sets, he finally got a few releases. Hopefully many will follow.
In July 2006 Manone stopped the Footworxx adventure which Moddi continues. Together with friend and colleague Sandy Warez, Manone started a new event organization (first event 03/02/2007 with more than 22 deejays). With this collaboration, a new label is born also.. The first release of Sandy and Manone 's label is planned for April 2007 and will have tracks from Paul Langley, Minupren, Sandy Warez and Manone himself.
