About Me

A mountain biking Maine-iac! My day consists of waking up around 8 and hanging out around the house for about an hour while I fuel up. Once fueled I then mousy outside to our couch on the porch and soak up some sun while the gasoline fuels my cyclist body. This goes on for about another 45 minutes and I climb into my aerodynamic clothing and jet out on the bike for about 3-hours on endless single track surrounded by snowcapped mountains most of the summer. What a ride and its about 2:30 in the afternoon and I throw some protein and fruit into the blender while I make lunch. Naptime ... and I got about an hour till jumping in the shower before Cottonwood. Professional Server.... Hot pursuit on a Professional Athlete. Only in Tahoe! Biking, Snowboarding, Skate Skiing, Hiking, Music, Food, Photography, Art, Spending quality time with good friends, Drinking a good micro-brew.

Music:

I enjoy lots of different types of music. All based on the mood that I am in during the moment.

Movies:

A lot of Comedies, But I can also go for a good action like Rambo "First Blood, or a drama.

Television:

We don't have cable, most of the time we're outside. But when the DVD series comes out, Entourage is the first that is added to the catalog.

Books:

I don't have much time to read. Any type of reading that I do usually revolves around learning about fitness, or business.
