Lexikon

Lexikon Music is the name under which Chris van Vliet produces and releases his music.
Born in August 1966, he bought his first synthesizer in 1984 and never stopped making electronic music again.
In 2005 he switched from hardware- to softwarebased music making which was a real step forward in translating his ideas and inspiration into music.
His influences are all kinds of music from the 80's up till now, but mainly music like from Armin van Buuren, Paul van Dyk, Blank & Jones, Ferry Corsten, Tiesto but also Yello, Moby, Faithless, Enigma, some work of Massive Attack and pioneers like Giorgio Moroder.
The sound of Lexikon Music is a work in progress and a mix of all the influences and Chris' own style which developed thru the years.
This space is dedicated to Lexikon, which is his Trance oriented project.
Next to Lexikon he has two other projects; Indigo and a brand new project together with singer/songwriter Joyce Kusters, called After Thought.
He also is composer/producer for Joyz and Aimylee.
