a child of the 70's...all the way. "What's so funny 'bout peace, love and understanding?" Newly divorced and trying to step back into a world I haven't been in for about 25 years. Wow. Scary. Been acting since a teen...wish I could do it for real money, but can only do for love. Into life, love, peace, kindness and I'm one helluva smart ass - not always a good thing. Hate lies - love animals. I'm a pain, but an honest one and I'll always be trustworthy. I love my son - he's the light of my life and I'm proud to know him because he is an incredible human being!

Super 8 movie of us!

So...much...music...so much...to...write...

Movies:

why yes thank you! I do love movies! Everything ranging from Citizen Cane to What's up Doc? to The Rainmaker to Rainman to Animal House to any Marx Bros to Monty Python and the Holy Grail to ... damn...you probably got it figured out by now!

Television:

I like TV...old, new, not a lot on regular television...but cable channels? Oh yeah! Bones, House, most anything on comedy central, hell's kitchen, law and order, heroes, anything produced by Bill Brummel (hey bill! love you forever!) Mythbusters, oh and American Idol...damn those audition shows...like a new age gong show! Like usual...I'm sure I'm missing something!

Books:

yes I read. I've got a couple of books going - Reading - it's an adventure!

Heroes:

Walt Disney, Martin Luther King Jr., Ghandi, My mom and dad (I miss you both - enjoy dancing together), my son, my grandfather (a member of the underground railroad), my aunt (a sufferagete), and the everyday people who live peaceful, loving lives for themselves and all those around them - without you, we would never have peace.

A funny Mark & Terri story - from waaaaayyyyyy back!

Back in the dark ages of my youth...I was about 20 and had my first "real" job. Well, they gave us a gift certificate at Thanksgiving time "for a turkey." It was really a $25 gift certificate to Safew...

is my little face always red with a "grrr" mouth?  Really.  I'm not that angry.  I'm just curious and amazed at basic human behavior lately!

Whatever Happened to Basic Respect Toward One Another?

Again&I think it all comes down to a very simple idea. Everything you do affects another. Period. We should be aware of our actions and not suppose, or even superimpose them upon another without reco...

Remember the US Constitution? Remember our Freedoms?

This is only a reminder...but Amendment one clearly states, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of s...

This may come off harsh, but...

As most of you know...I'm now in Texas.  Specifically, I'm outside of Austin in the small town of Elgin right on Hwy 290.  Literally.  I'm sitting here watching traffic drive by on the ...

Since moving to Texas - well simply put - I've felt alone a lot of the time. Mostly my fault since I'm stuck out in the country and don't have a lot of free time to search out new friends.  But I...
