PBB House Re-Opens
Just when many fans thought a long wait is on the way, Big Brother surprises everyone with an unexpected twist. Barely two weeks after the phenomenal Big Night that marked the end of Pinoy Big Brother Season 2, Director Laurenti Dyogi, the Business Unit Head of PBB, announces that the search is on for the rightful housemates who will comprise yet another Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition.
It has been over a year since the groundbreaking PBB Celebrity Edition in which Keanna Reeves was hailed as the first Celebrity Big Winner. Now, Direk Lauren is giving the Go signal for all the celebrities out there to audition for the second celebrity edition of the top-rating reality show scheduled to begin this October. If you think that the last season was not controversial enough, wait until a new batch of interesting celebrities usher in another exciting edition.

They are planning on talking to these celebrities if they want to be a part of the internationally franchised reality show. However, Direk Lauren says that all the celebrities, even those who think they are a "celebrity," can still freely audition. Celebrities, between 20 to 40 years old, who have "interesting" personalities, and are brave enough to face all of Big Brother's challenges may email their letter of intent and application to [email protected]. Applications will be carefully screened until they come up with the elite list of 12 celebrity housemates for the season.
Of course, it is inevitable for Direk Lauren to be asked on who are these celebrities that they are wooing to be a housemate. There were already rumors spreading about a "controversial dancer" who might be a part of the show. But Direk Lauren was mum about who these celebrities are and said that everything is still in the process. The head honcho of PBB just told all the show fanatics to wait until October to see who the new line up will be. The question now is who will be the next Keanna Reeves? Are we going to witness yet another shocking revelation like that of Rustom Padilla in the last celebrity edition? Will there be another celebrity loveteam that will challenge the Bianca-Zanjoe tandem? So PBB Fanatics don't miss the PBB Celebrity Edition 2 this October!

18-year-old Yeng the rebel-rocker, stopped schooling in order to help out her parents. She sacrificed her own education in order to let her siblings continue with their own schooling. Never giving up on her music, Yeng used her time to continue to live out her passion and soon became the lead vocalist of a rock band. She has written a number of songs like, “Hawak-kamay†which is about a cousin whom she has developed a deep friendship with.
The youngest of 5 siblings, Jay-R grew up having not much. He was forced to quit school in order to help out his parents. Jay-R used to live in Manila with his uncle who introduced him to the band scene, unfortunately Jay-R’s too young to work in a band that time and had to go back home to Cebu. Earlier this year, Jay-R got to pursue his dream and became the vocalist of Scrambled Eggs. Jay-R has big dreams for himself and is determined to make it big. He has a great voice but his distinct Visayan accent may be a problem.
