I am a traveler; oh, and a university lecturer, too! I left the US in 1997 for Japan and have been an ex-pat ever since. I taught at the University of Sydney for four years before coming to Tokyo in 2004 (and then went back to teach one last course at Sydney Uni in Feb-Mar 2005). I'm finishing my PhD (soon?) through Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand, and I am now an Assistant Professor at Sophia. I moved in to my brand new home in Shibuya-ku in Tokyo in November 2007.
