Steadily rising from the slums of Newport News VA, four brothers have emerged from this brutal swamp like terrain they call home. With a fierce mixture of musical elements from old school metal with blues infused guitar riffs, to black/death metal, Insidious keeps their eye on the fundamentals like melody and hook. Evan Caldwell (guitar), Jack Autrey (vocals), Steve Wallman (drums) and Ryan Thomas (bass), officially formed Insidious in 2004. Together they have decimated the stage at venues such as The Peppermint Beach Club, Club Relevent (both in Va Beach), The Norva in Norfolk, Alley Cats in Richmond and numerous other shows in Southeastern Virginia. Insidious' high energy live show has led to them being asked to share the stage with international bands such as Inferneaon, Murderous Embrace and Mensrea. Not to be out done by their self titled EP release in 2006, Insidious is currently in the final stages of recording their much anticipated full length album, "Previsions". The album promises new depths of intensity due to the blood, sweet and tears they put into everything they do. In life, in music, or with family, Insidious doesn't half step. Insidious' influences range from Stevie Ray and Pantera to Dimmu Borgir and Between the Buried and Me. "Previsions" is sure to bang more than a few heads. After their March 2009 release, Insidious plans to tour the East Coast. They will continue to enthrall metal fans across the country, and ultimately the..... WORLD.
