Hi, my name is Melinda and I am currently in the teacher credentialing program at Cal Poly Pomona. So far I am really enjoying the whole teaching thing. I just completed my first block of student teaching in an 8th grade classroom. Now it is on to the bigger fish 12th grade. I live in Pomona and Simi Valley sometimes. I am slowly learning how to play trombone and currently play in the Bronco Pep Band at Cal Poly I was a member of the award winning Black Knights Winter Guard from 2002-2004. I also taught Color Guard at my alma mater Royal High School and Thousand Oaks High School. Currently, I am helping out with Walnut High School's Color Guard. My wonderful boyfriend and I have been together for over five years and are planning many more years together.
