first we were a band, then we were no band, then we were.
-started as a rocknroll duo with dave on drums and zac on guitar/songsinging
-summer 2004 recording session in geneseo ny, joe grass joined the family
-summer 2005 recording session in geneseo ny, josh toal and mike evin joined up
-computer blew up, lost everything from second session
-said "fuck it" and have gone to tape ever since
-sept 2005 recorded the bulk of our first record with dave smith at breakglass
-june 2006 backed up our friend mike o'brien for his first record. now he's in the band too!
-sept 2006 released our first record on vinyl at casa del popolo
umm...after that details are mixed up. josh got married and moved away. mike evin moved away. they are still in the band though, whenever possible. became a backing band around town - orillia opry, david macleod...recently backed up our band member mike evin on his new solo record. joe's new solo record too... we have our studio which is named after our old band, pj mansion. new ep with everyone's songs is being recorded next week (april 24-27) and it'll be ready in june.
update: new ep "shake schmake!" available this friday the 13th at our suoni per il popolo show opening for vic chesnutt.
