About Me

This layout was handmade with love by the folks at My space or yours? Go get one!
We welcomed our beautiful baby boy into the world on December 30, 2006!
I'm one of those people who wants to learn how to do EVERYTHING! I tend to get very passionate about a number of different, very random things, and then pursue them as if my life depends on it! This drives my husband absolutely batty, as he is an engineer and just about as steady as they come. I have a million and one "hobbies," depending on whatever I happen to be really interested in at the time.
I recently left my teaching job of 6 years to stay at home and raise our precious little boy, who is growing up so fast! He is exuberant and delightful, and very, very inquisitive!
I have parlayed one of my passions into a new career of sorts. I now work when I want as a freelance photographer, shooting formal portraits, weddings, and other events. I am absolutely loving it! It gives me the opportunity to spend quality time with my son each day, and to pursue a career that I am quite passionate about!
Please check out my photography website at www.MemoriesInPhoto.com
There is contact information on my website if you are interested in my photography services! Or, if you are a fellow shutterbug, message me with photography ideas or any comments about my work! I would love to hear from you!
