ROMAN EMPIRE

Roman Michael Johnson was born in Los Angeles, California March 19, 1984. Roman discovered at a young age that he had an insatiable passion for entertaining others. At the age of 6 Roman decided that he wanted to pursue a career in the entertainment industry and began thinking of how he could position himself to realize his dreams. Initially Roman sought to jump-start his career by auditioning for television and movie roles. As Roman perfected his craft in front of the camera, however, he also discovered a knack for the creative power needed to operate behind the scenes and soon began writing scripts for television shows and movies. While in school at Marymount College, a private two-year institution in Palos Verdes, California, Roman met a good friend and future business partner Michael Amir. After a very successful year at Marymount College Roman decided to leave school and dedicate himself to a more active pursuit of his goals in the film and television industry. He immediately began seeing the positive response of his talents as he took roles and gained experience in films and television commercials and programming. Roman could finally see a path to success in the entertainment field but was somehow not completely satisfied. His passion for writing and creativity behind the camera burned stronger than ever. In 2005 while Roman was working at the University of Southern California he caught up with his good friend Michael who happened to also be attending USC. Soon afterward, Roman and Michael began working for All Eyes on Me, Inc., a grass roots Production Company, where they quickly rose through the ranks. In 2006, at the age of 22 Roman was selected President of the company. As President Roman took on the challenges of developing strategies and implementing ideas that would lead to global distribution and marketing deals. This opportunity gave Roman the hands on experience he needed to begin expressing his gifts behind the scenes. Realizing their mutual strengths and interests, in 2007 Roman and Michael opened their own Production Company that will begin production on films and television shows late 2007. Roman Michael Johnson is a unique talent in the Los Angeles area. Many of his television and film concepts have caught the attention of seasoned industry executives and production companies alike. Roman has carefully honed his innate passion for entertaining and the maturation of his talents have prepared him for work both in front and behind the camera. In addition, Roman founded ROMAN EMPIRE Inc. in late 2007 which focuses on film, television, fashion, and a powerful nonprofit organization.
