About Me

I'm a bit scattered brained, although I try to pretend as though I've got that part together. I'm corky, and think odd things are fun and or funny. I work hard to keep myself and my life together. I work for the man, and even if it is the wrong man, I actually really enjoy my job. I have an incredible home and family that I've created in Raleigh.....Sara, Danielle, Melissa and all the animals. My real family lives 5.5 hours away and I don't see them often, but we have a great connection despite the distance. I have two men in my life PJ and Pita, who I love dearly (they would be my cat and kitten should anyone be confused). I used to play soccer and I am currently looking for a local team to join.........so you over there that needs an extra player LET ME KNOW. I am a bit out of shape, but I'm working on that. I perfer a quiet evening at home, but I can also be convinced to go out every now and then. I heart Law & Order, however I must admit I've found myself not watching the tv much anymore so I'm not currently keeping up. I graduated from Peace, and hope to go back to graduate school in a couple of years for Psychology. I wanted to be a forensic profiler for a really long time, but I've moved away from that wish. I enjoy reading true crime probably more than I should admit. (PJ is currently attacking my arm). Moving on. Now I've lost track of what I was going to say next, typical. I have a big heart and have a deep desire to help people who are going through hardships, however this gets me in trouble sometimes. I've lost a lot of battles, but I've won a lot as well. People say I drive too slow, but I'd just like to say atleast you are safe in my car. Some days the dragon wins. I have started to write again on livejournal, which will probably last a day or two, but hey at least I'm getting myself to write a little at the moment. I love to hear the rain on the roof, and to wake up in the morning refreshed and happy (however this is difficult to accomplish since I'm not at all a morning person). Hearing from someone who I haven't had contact with in a long time makes me happy. Okay I think this is a little too long. I get distracted, not sure if I mentioned that yet.
