Hi my name is Emory, my friends call me EM, welcome to my space, as of August 24th 2008 I was engaged to be married in Jerome Arizona to Michelle Hornsby, AKA Aroused by rage.
I'm an artists advocate, ASCAP Song Writer from Phoenix Arizona, and currently working on my 3rd CD. I'll be posting new scratch tracks (just guitar and vocals) for your opinion as to whether it should be produced for my next project. I have 17 new tracks so a few have to be left for the next CD.
I believe my music is a gift to share, it is also a means for me to express myself and hopefully influence peoples lives from experiences spoken about in those songs. I believe musicians are mediums of sorts conected to some higher power. Our responsability is to bring the music to life in this tangable world, refine it, then present it to you.
When I write a song there is a familliarity about it, the same as felt looking at my children born as they viewed this world for the first time. Perhaps what is pulled from the air was once a tune whisled by a traveler down a wooded path to a castle, only to be forgotten until now, who knows.....
