Biografía artísticaMiguel Jimenez nace en Jerez de la Frontera, ciudad donde a la edad de doce años, comienza el aprendizaje de guitarra con el maestro Rafael del Aguila. Acompaña a cantaores como Agujetas, El Borrico, Terremoto, El Sordera, etc. y efectua paralelamente actuaciones en diferentes peñas flamencas y Cátedra de Flamencología. A partir del año 1979 sigue desarrolando su actividad profesional en Madrid compartiendo escenario en el tablao flamenco "Los Canasteros" con artistas como el bailaor Juan Ramirez, Dolores de Córdoba, Diego Carrasco, etc. A partir de aqui realiza una gira por Alemania y Holanda con la compañía de Rafael Aguilar, tambien realiza una gira por Italia y Suiza con la compañía de Rafael de Córdoba, gira por el Reino Unido a dúo con Gerardo Nuñez. Actúa en diferentes paises como Japón, Grecia, Noruega, U.S.A. Alemania etc. Participa en el apartado musical con el Teatro de Mainz (Alemania) en el homenaje ofrecido a Federico Garcia Lorca, para con memorar el cincuenta aniversario de su muerte.Tambien actua en "Los Veranos de la Villa en Madrid".
