About Me

I grew up in Uniontown, KY and graduated from Union County High School in 1988. That summer, I joined the U.S. Air Force , where I learned my computer skills. In 1995, I returned to civilian life and started my career as (what felt like) a perpetual college student, taking two night classes per semester. On December 9, 2006, I graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems.

I have been employed full-time with the Ohio Township Public Library System in Newburgh & Chandler, IN since July 16, 1997. I have been married since February 14, 1994 and have one son.

On March 25, 2003, I co-founded the band Chowder Monkey with my friend Ron Mattingly . Ron also happens to be married to my cousin Tammy. In 2004, I came up with the idea to release a KISS tribute CD called Covered With Kisses - An Evansville Tribute To KISS that features some of the best bands in Evansville. The CD was released in time for the 2004 Evansville KISS Expo . That same year, I also founded Dizzyhead Music Group , a music distribution and promotion company. I hope some day to turn that company into a record label.

In early 2007, I started writing songs for a solo album called Half Fast. During this process, I wrote a couple songs that don't necessarily lend themselves to a serious album so I'll likely also work on a second less serious album called Songs From The Gutter. A couple songs have been recorded and will be posted in the myspace music player once I get the instrument and vocal levels adjusted to my liking.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to visit. I do appreciate it.

Almost Human - Live in Owensboro, KY - August 2004

This is actually a Vegas Radio show. Ed was kind enough to let me get onstage and play. This isn't very bassy and that sucks. This is still pretty cool for me.
