COMMIT A CRIME
Commit A Crime was formed in the small Swedish town of Karlskoga and rose from the ashes of the two metal bands Blueprint and Lifecum. It would be easy to compare Commit A Crime with bands like SLIPKNOT, IN FLAMES, HATBREED etc. however that would be a big mistake. In fact Commit A Crime doesn’t sound like any other metal band and without compromises they completely walk their own way.
In the beginning of October 2008 Swedish label Side By Side Records released the bands new CD-EP â€Commit A Crimeâ€. Bone-crushing guitar riffs are mixed with beautiful harmonies and together with demon producer Marcus Nowak the band deliverers a brutal discharge! Magnus Persson (drums), Sebastian Spak (vocals), Pär Dahlén (guitar), Erik Burgués (bass) och Rickard Engborg (guitar) have with their latest EP really showed us how metal a la 2008 should sound like!!!
When it comes to live shows Commit A Crime is like a tight machine that leaves no one unmoved while making you wonder who just gave you a bad ass kick in the face!!!
