Television:

The only TV show I religiously watch is Grey's Anatomy. Other than that: I like the Inferno's & Real World on MTV. Law and Order - SVU, Criminal Minds, Simpsons, Family Guy, South Park, Mind of Mencia, Chapelle, Seinfeld, Everybody Loves Raymond, King of Queens...

Heroes:

A hero is properly defined as somebody who does something dangerous to help somebody else... Typically the willingness to sacrifice the self for the greater good is seen as the most important defining characteristic of a hero.
However, I think there's a "hero" in all of us. A hero comes in many forms...A hero thinks of others before they think of themselves, can be of any age, any color, a man, woman or child. A hero is a courageous, loving and brave person. Someone who protects and provides. Who's there through thick and thin and someone you know you can depend on. A hero can be made in one act of compassion or in years of tender loving care. Some hero's are remembered, while many are left forgotten.
