I have a wide range of interests...but sometimes I like to draw and sketch a little. I've also had an interest in cooking. I've mostly taught myself from watchin the shows on PBS and food network... I got really into weightlifting in highschool and have read lots of info on the subject and earned some nicknames..."the chest, the body, tony little" Its all good though...I can take the jokes when the same friends ask me for advice when we go work out.Drew calls me a "gamer"...so I guess I can say that...I don't play lots of video games, but I do play one game alot. Anyone thats up for an asskicking at HALO 2 can go ahead and leave your gamertag here.

Barrack Obama, U.S. senator from Illinois..I think this guy is a good man and will do great things one day.Lewis Black - really funny comic that is sometimes on the daily show...Makes me laugh out loud everytime I see his standup routines Poet...Outkast would be just another group without this man
This is my cousin, Stefan Lefors. Stefan's parents and brother and aunts and uncles and grandparets are all deaf, he was the only person in his family that was able to hear. After a great highschool career in Baton Rouge, he wasn't being considered by anyone in the country...so on his own he sat down and made a highlight tape and he and his dad sent them out to several schools....the only one that returned their call was Bobby Petrino from Louisville...He's 2nd all time behind Dante Culpepper for passer effiency rating in the NCAA..I've linked a wikipedia article to this paragraph if you would like to see some accomplisments.
^AFI^ Im a music snob..I only like the good stuff.. ^ A Perfect Circle ^ ...Lyrics are a big thing to me so I always like to find meaning and interpret songs, if possible. Music is awesome because to a listener, a song could mean something totally different than what the composer was thinking when it was written...but it may have every bit the meaning to that person...poetry is very similar. Otis Redding! The Everly Brothers were the first group I remember hearing as a kid and I loved it...they harmonize better than anyone The man himself..he's a legend Sam CookeSome of my favorite artists include Sam Cooke, Ray Charles, The Everly Brothers, Beach Boys, Johnny Cash, George Straight, The Temptations, AFI, K-OS, Eminem, LL COOL J, 2-Pac, Outkast, Panic at the Disco, Fallout boy, The Killers, John Legend, Mos Def, Talib Kweli, Metallica just about anything else you put in front of me.

Don Knotts as Barney Fife(My favorite character on any show ever) and Stephen Colbert I hate the fact that Mtv has completely sold out its roots and only caters to 14 year old dumbasses...just check out the lineup of shows on any given day/all day on MTV, aside from one or two programs...they're all garbage...they put these ignorant teenagers on television and call it a show(next, made, date my mom, yo momma, wild n out, room raiders, super sweet 16, even the real world and its 8 spinoff shows that are currently running)...everyone just says "oh i like those shows cause they're so dumb"....is there any other network that plays such neverending shit?(besides QVC)... Mtv targets impressionable teens, and in my opinion, degrades the morals and values of these younger generations who've already grown up with nothing but technology and anime..haha(not their fault)..How about we stop watching the crap and pressure some of these networks to actually come up with some decent programming...one that might involve a couple of writers and maybe some talent. ..yet they cancel great programming like (lasted 4 seasons). Coach McGurk is one of the funniest characters I've ever seen on any television show...if you haven't seen Home Movies you need to check this out...Another awesomely written show is another one that the brilliant minds decided to cancel after only 2 seasons. Who doesn't love Cosmo Kramer?? He and George were a huge reason I loved that show and still watch it all the time...
Do they even print these anymore?? j/k...I learned to read...I read well...thats how that goes...dont read too many books though even though I've enjoyed most of the ones I have read...I could be undiagnosed A.D.D. Stephen King's the Shining is one I will always remember cause it scared the hell out of me, especially after watching the movie.
I've got nothing but respect for Matt Hughes...one of the hardest working most dominating fighters I've ever seen...just a coincidence that we're about the same size...same name...we both have a twin brother and both played LB in highschool...
