Started back in 2004 without a doubt,
ELEGY manage to unite the Hardcore-Kids and Metalheads. With our sound we pick up the
HARDCORE roots, as well as
METAL elements and skillfully combine them. On one hand there is
DEATH METAL of the "At The Gates" with its typical blast-parts, the rough vocals and cutting twin guitar riffs. On the other hand there are the elemental Hardcore edges of brutal mosh-kickboxing parts and elevated vocal passages. The originally unusual melodies and catchy structures are what makes
ELEGY special and unique.
