If I go to the movies and if the movie is bad, fun for me is going out afterwards and talking about how bad it was. I like the movies. Hey did you see "King Kong"? here's a review by Frank Zappa.......The gorilla is on an island,eats bananas and has a good time all day long. He plays out there in the bushes. Some Americans find out about the gorilla and they hear how BIG he is - you know.They're very impressed with the size of the beast. So they catch the gorilla and they stick him in a boat and bring him back to the US. They show him off to everybody and make a bunch of money. ...Then they kill him !
Groucho said TV was educational. Whenever someone turned it on, he would go read a book. He was right , but to me the magic box it is Hypnotizing. So I live where there is no reception and have no cable. But, "6 Feet Under" and "Curb Your Enthusiasm". GREAT SHOWS . The british " The Office" And yes I watch American Idol !!! I can't lie to you. I read and studied the Bible and I think you should to. But honestly, so far I have not allowed it to do me any good.
There are individuals who facinate me but I don't know that I would call them HEROS. I may respect their words or be very entertained by them .... but, if I was in a burning building and needed someone to climb up a ladder and save me, I would not call George Duke.But mostly I am here to keep in touch with my kids on a daily basis.I also keep in touch with Princess Sirikwan of Siam. A very special girl.She helped me and got me hooked on this.
