Myspace Countdowns at YourSpaceIsBest.com I am Destiny and I am a duchess, be very jealous! I have a wonderful fiance, Dustin, and we have been together for three years. I am a student at UT-Tyler. When I graduate I will have a Bachelor of Science in Indisciplinary Studies, which is just a fancy way to say I paid a lot for school and I will be a 4-8 grade Language Arts or Social Studies teacher. All I know is that I am very ready to graduate. Dustin and I will be married on May 17th of this year. So right now I am planning a wedding, remodeling a house, and trying to do my best in school. I love to sing. Basically I just like to be me...and do whatever I want to. I love to laugh and to make people laugh...so anything funny and I am game. I am aspiring to be a domestic godess...like my sister...who is my mentor!!! yay...lol I have two dogs named Bo and Maggie, they are my babies!

My Interests

Singing, music, spending time with Dustin and my family, shooting guns, Bo Diddle, POWER TOOLS, projects and whatever else tickles my fancy.....lol

Music:

I LOVE MUSIC! It is a large part of my life. TEXAS COUNTRY is my FAVORITE but I will listen to anything pretty much as long as it is not nasty or satanic (rap and death metal). I sing country music all of the time, that was my job for two years. I love indie artists. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Jay-Z! And I LOVE old country...absolutely love it!

Movies:

Any comedy, Steel Magnolia's, Super Troopers, Sweet Home Alabama, Man of the House, Maid in Manhattan, and anything funny or a good chick flick every now and then.

Television:

The O.C. (I'm so sad it's over and I can't let it go), All My Children (yea...I came out about it), Family Guy, anything educational or like murder mystryish, DWTS, OH OH American Gladiators

Books:

The Bible and "The 5 Love Languages" by Gary Chapman, Yea and I like Harry Potter and anything by Jennifer Weiner, Confessions of a Hollywood Starlet. Just finished the DaVinci Code and it was a very good book

Heroes:

The one and only JC!!! That would be Jesus Christ! HE DIED FOR ME! And OF COURSE my little brother who is serving our country in the Navy (I love him!!!) and my sister Robbie because growing up with her as my role model has taught me to be a very strong person. My Gramy also because she has always given me a safe place to go and she has never judged me for anything I have done.
