reading, gaming, reading, .... more reading, meeting new people, and above all making people laugh. And before I forget, I'm a big anime fan! (I think I classify as an Otaku)
You have to be open-minded and you must be able you withstand my often-times brutal honesty. One more thing, when you meet me you have to tell me your own theory on why we're here. Why? Because we are the center of the universe, the sculpters of reality, and your theory is just as valid as anybody else's.
when it comes to music I know what I hate. If I don't hate it I'll listen to it, eveything else is up for grabs, but here are a few examples of what I listen to: bjork, bob marley, postal service, interpol, radiohead, portishead, flaming lips, dj shadow, lamb, aphex twin, boards of canada, Death Cab for Cutie, Calamine, the Shins, plaid, autchre, tori amos, pj harvey, the sundays and a whole lot of other stuff.
I'm a complete sci-fi junkie(I'm currently looking into a 12 step program for that), so much of my taste in movies reflects that.All the startrek movies!!!(I know that this statement alone has cost me several potential friendships)Amelie, Kill bill Vol I & II, The lord of the rings trilogy, Event horizon, Solaris, 1984, Alien, Aliens, Predator, Akira, Princess Mononke, Metropolis, Y tu mama tambien, Spirted Away, Star wars (the real ones, not that crap that George Lucas have been coming out with), Happy accidents, The cube, In the Doll's house and much much more
Did I mention I like startrek? I love all the law and orders, west wing, stargate sg-1, pretty much everthing on adult swim.
books are truly my first passion in life, here's a list of some books everybody should read: The Physics of Consciousness, Siddharta, everything by Neil Gaiman, Ariel, The immortals, Ishmael, The Story of B, My Ishmael, After Dacheu, Beyond Civilization, Providence, Tales of Adam, Imajica, Cabal, the first three books of the dune series, oh what the heck read them all, The Source, Broken Spears, The electric Kool-aide acid test, everything by Gibran, and if you like peotry Emily Dickinson and Sylvia Plath are my favorites.
